Privacy notice

What we collect when you use dreamlake.com, why, and what you can ask of us.

Dreamlake AB (org. no. 559154-3144), Smedjegatan 25, 131 54 Nacka, Sweden, is the controller of the personal data described here. We collect only what we need to answer you. Last updated 25 September 2026.

  1. What we collect

    If you accept analytics, Google Analytics also records how the site is used; see the next section. We do not use advertising tools.

    • Your work email address, when you send it through a contact form.
    • Which of our solution pages (travel agents, cruise lines or aggregators) you sent the form from, so the right person replies.
    • Technical data needed to deliver the site and keep it secure, such as your IP address.

  2. Analytics, only with your consent

    With your consent we use Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to count visits and see which pages help visitors. It records the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser type and your approximate location, and sets its own cookies. Google Analytics does not store your IP address, and we do not use the data for advertising or share it with advertisers.

    The legal basis is your consent. Google may process the data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We keep analytics data for fourteen months.

    You can withdraw your consent at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Google Analytics then stops and its cookies are removed.

  3. Why we use it

    We use your email to reply to your request and to follow up with information about Dreamlake. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

    Technical data is used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The spam check on the form runs in your browser and on our own servers, without profiling you.

  4. Who processes it

    They process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. Where data is processed outside the EU/EEA, it is protected by the safeguards the GDPR requires. We never sell personal data.

    • Tribe CRM, our customer relationship management system, stores the emails we receive.
    • Microsoft Azure hosts the site.
    • Fastly delivers the site's pages and handles technical data such as IP addresses.
    • Google Analytics measures how the site is used, only if you accept analytics.

  5. How long we keep it

    We keep your email for as long as we are in contact about your enquiry and delete it when it is no longer needed, or earlier if you ask us to.

    Analytics data is kept for fourteen months, then deleted by Google Analytics.

  6. Your rights

    You can ask for access to your data, a correction, erasure, restriction or a copy, and you can object to how we use it, including to follow-ups.

    You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
